Crew Foremen will receive the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES Lead various size projects Ensures accuracy of time sheets and expense reports Develops work-around procedures for maintaining crew productivity during delays caused by other trades, customer, lack of materials, absenteeism, etc Monitors Quality Assurance and ensures installations meet customer specification and industry standards Ensures safety practices are observed by all crews during their work Reports, coordinates and supervises all aspects of a project QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE Preferred 5-7 years' telecom-specific aerial experience.
Experience working with and installing OPGW and ADSS Fiber Optics Knowledge of industry standards.
Construction safety practices - JSA's, tail gate meetings, hazard analysis Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Class A CDL strongly preferred.
Current and valid driver's license with good record to operate company provided vehicle.
Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
Dependable and trustworthy.
Ability to look beyond the standard solutions.
Availability to work and stay out of town All candidates will be required to go through a drug screening and background check.
