Responsibilities:
Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, documentation, and corrective actions.
Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Assist with employee evaluations and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback.
Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
Manage workers' compensation claims and coordinate with insurance providers.
Support HR initiatives such as policy development, compensation analysis, and HR projects.
Process hourly payroll by reviewing weekly timecards, uploading time clock data, and assisting employees as necessary.
Ensure effective communication by way of mailings, bulletin board postings, newsletters, and mail emails to communicate changes and Company news.
Process disability paperwork for employees for STD, LTD, and FMLA, and communicate leave status and approval with Managers/Supervisors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or other related discipline.
At least five (5) years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Proficient in HRIS systems such as ADP or Paylocity.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
