What You'll Do Here:
Provides leadership to team members Supports a customer focused, safety first, engaged employee culture Promotes employee engagement and develops team members by building relationships, coaching, setting expectations and providing feedback and recognition.
Assists in driving continuous process improvement efforts associated with quality and delivery performance Reports daily / weekly / monthly performance metrics as needed Provides job hold performance reporting as required Provides labor staffing requirements annually and seasonally Implements revised process changes and work instructions as required Supports OSHA policies and standards, and overall local safety requirements Develops working rapport and credibility with other activities supported (Premanufacturing, Manufacturing, Customer Success, PIT Engineering, Safety, etc.
) Leverages Service Now ticketing process, to resolve Area, Premanufacturing, Manufacturing, and Customer Success Host and Portrait Customer quality and delivery concerns in a timely manner Maintains confidentiality of Host and Portrait Customer secure information.
Provides training as required.
Acquires knowledge and working understanding of portrait prelab and yearbook prepress workflows and systems.
Displays a positive, can-do attitude, and remains professional under all circumstances.
The Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Technology or related fields preferred; applicable work experience considered in lieu of degree.

years of experience in client-facing role and client relationship management preferred.
5
years of print industry experience needed, preferably in account management, direct mail, digital or transactional printing.
Project management experience with demonstrated results in accurate and timely completion of tasks by leveraging resources wisely, working independently and cross-functionally to meet or exceed expectations.
Ability to develop client relationships based on interpersonal communication skills, integrity and trust.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, detail oriented.
Ability to successfully lead internal cross-functional project teams.
Basic computer skills to include keyboarding.
May need to be at rate of 8,000 kph.
