We are seeking an experienced Apartment/Leasing Manager to join our team at Cedargate Apartments, located in Galion OH! Cedargate Apartments is a market-rate apartment community, offering 97 units, with floorplans ranging in size from Studios to 2 Bedrooms.
Cedargate is an award winning property by the Northern Ohio Apartment Association.
Qualified Candidates will have:
A minimum of 3 years of apartment management experience Experience working with apartment software programs such as MRI, Yardi, and AppFolio A focus on customer service, excellent leasing history, and strong written and verbal communication skills Reliable transportation, a valid Ohio driver's license, and vehicle insurance Ability to pass a background check Compensation package includes competitive salary, bonuses, benefits including medical insurance, paid time off and holidays.
The opportunity to live onsite is also available.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
